BAUER, Circuit Judge.

Burnis Haywood was charged and convicted of one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. On appeal, Haywood asserts that the district court erred in permitting the "expert" testimony of one witness and in limiting defense counsel's cross-examination of that witness. We affirm the conviction.
