This action to enforce a money judgment was commenced in September 1993. On August 22, 1994, plaintiff served interrogatories to which defendant did not respond. Five months later, in January 1995, plaintiff moved for an order compelling disclosure, which was granted, requiring service of a response to the interrogatories within ten days of March 2, 1995. On April 19, 1995, defendant served plaintiff with unresponsive and incomplete replies, which were formally rejected....
