Anthony Richardson (hereinafter appellant) has taken this appeal from the judgment of sentence to serve a total term of imprisonment of from 51 months to 102 months, imposed after a jury found him guilty of the offense of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Appellant argues that the trial court erred when it denied his petition to suppress the contraband discovered after a search was conducted by his supervising parole officer. We are compelled...
