CIRILLO, Judge:

Mark Ristau appeals from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County finding him guilty of various summary offenses and directing the payment of costs and fines. We affirm the oral sentence imposed by the trial judge on August 4, 1992, and vacate the December 13, 1994 order reiterating and partially modifying the fines previously imposed.
