I. STATEMENT OF CASE

Pursuant to verdict, the district court dismissed this action wherein the plaintiff-appellant, Teri Stang-Starr, claims she was damaged by the negligent failure of the defendant-appellee, Dr. Robert T. Byington, to properly diagnose and treat abnormalities in her cervix.
