Appellant James Giraldo appeals from the denial by the district court of his motion for the return of property seized by the United States Customs Service.

I.

Giraldo was stopped for inspection by Customs officials at the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in Puerto Rico in February 1993. He had arrived on a flight from Aruba, N.A. An x-ray, to which Giraldo consented, showed bulges...
