UFE Incorporated and Pacific Indemnity Company (UFE) appeal a judgment that affirmed the Labor and Industry Review Commission's determination that UFE was responsible for the out-of-state health care expenses incurred by its employee, Jerry Huebner, as a result of injuries that he sustained during the course of his work.
