MORGAN, J.

George A. Lambert appeals a $28,000 judgment in favor of Sam and Joan Kysar. The Kysars crossappeal an order denying reasonable attorney's fees. We affirm, except on the issues of terms and attorney's fees.

The Kysars grow Christmas trees in Clark County, Washington. They sell and ship the trees to distributors nationwide. In transit, the trees require a cool, moist environment, for they can be damaged...
