Appellant, Susan H. Morrissey, was convicted in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received,1 and receiving stolen property.2 Appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of three (3) to twenty-three (23) months and ordered to pay restitution into an escrow fund.
