In this proceeding, the respondents were charged with nine allegations of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained all charges except Charge Seven, which had been withdrawn. The petitioner moves to confirm the Special Referee's report while the respondents cross-move to disaffirm the report, to suspend all proceedings in this matter, and to direct that a full hearing be held as to the issues raised...
