Tri-County Community Hospital appeals as of right from the circuit court order affirming a Michigan Employment Security Commission decision in favor of its former employee, James Vanderlaan. We reverse.

Vanderlaan was terminated from his employment with the hospital on June 14, 1990. Although he was an at-will employee, the employee handbook provided that Vanderlaan, a department head, was to provide four weeks' notice before leaving employment...
