Defendant appeals as of right the circuit court's judgment for plaintiff. The judgment was based on a jury verdict arising out of an employment discrimination claim under the Handicappers' Civil Rights Act (HCRA), MCL 37.1101 et seq.; MSA 3.550(101) et seq. We reverse and remand for entry of an order of dismissal.
