Raymond Walker seeks habeas corpus relief. The district court denied Walker's petition. We affirm.

I.

On July 22, 1972, police officer Guy Mack was shot and killed during a robbery of an A & P grocery store in Canton, Ohio. Officer Mack was off-duty and standing with his wife in a check-out line when he was shot in the head by one of the men attempting to rob the store.
