MUNSON, J.

Daniel Pugsley, Sr., and Daniel Pugsley, Jr., appeal the judgment determining the existence of an easement across their property for a buried pipeline which delivers water from the Lower Wapatox Ditch Company irrigation system to property owned by Fossum Orchards, Inc. They contend the court erred in determining they purchased the property subject to an implied easement. We affirm.
