This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed after Appellant entered a plea of guilty to one count of deceptive business practices1 in relation to the sale of illegal fireworks. On October 7, 1994, Appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than three months nor more than one year and was ordered to pay a fine of $5,000.00.
