As a result of a search of an apartment, the police seized 125 grams of cocaine, and the defendant was convicted by a Superior Court jury of trafficking under G.L.c. 94C, § 32E(b). The primary ground of appeal is that the search warrant issued upon an affidavit which failed to articulate probable cause. There is a secondary point involving the suppression of a confession.
