Plaintiff, LaSalle National Bank ("LaSalle"), is a secured creditor of Crown Products, Inc. ("Crown"), holding a mortgage on property that is now an asset of the Bankruptcy Estate of Crown (the "Estate"). LaSalle filed the present lawsuit against defendant Owens-Illinois, Inc.
