Appellant, Nuri Tuncer Icgoren, appeals from the sentence imposed on a jury verdict in the Circuit Court for Howard County (Kane, Jr., J., presiding) rendered in his third trial1 on various charges arising out of the murder of Raymond Jerman, Sr. The murder occurred in September of 1987.
