In his sole enumeration of error, Robert Cowan contends that the Gwinnett State Court erred in granting summary judgment to the Waffle House in his suit for personal injuries against it.

The following undisputed facts are relevant to this appeal. On January 17, 1994 at about 12:30 p.m., Cowan parked his car in the Waffle House parking lot. The weather conditions on that date were icy and wet. Cowan observed that there were individual curbs...
