Gary A. Plotkin ("Trustee") is the Trustee for Pacific Land Sales, Inc. ("Debtor"), a Chapter 7 Debtor. The Trustee recovered a radio station from Dale J. Parsons, Jr. and Virginia Parsons (collectively, "the Parsons"), and Blue Wave Broadcasting, Inc. ("Blue Wave"), as an unauthorized postpetition transfer from the Debtor.
