The defendant, Robert Lynn Bell, pled guilty to one count of armed carjacking in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2119. The district court accepted an agreed term of imprisonment of twenty years and imposed Bell's sentence to run consecutively to sentences imposed in state court for the same conduct.
