COZORT, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from order granting summary judgment to defendant on plaintiff's claim for negligence. We affirm.

Defendant owned Hamilton Square and leased part of its building to various furniture manufacturers and dealers for the purpose of displaying their products at the High Point Furniture Market.
