Appellant, IA Construction Corporation, appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Circuit Court for Harford County (Whitfill, J.) in favor of appellee, Robert E. Carney, Jr., dismissing appellant's action to establish and enforce a mechanics' lien against property purchased by appellee under a power of sale in the mortgage. Appellant noted a timely appeal to this Court.
