FITZPATRICK, Judge.

On July 1, 1993, Mark Wayne Wood (appellant) was convicted in a jury trial of grand larceny in violation of Code § 18.2-95 and was sentenced to fifteen years confinement in the penitentiary. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in failing to set aside the jury verdict and grant a new trial based upon juror misconduct. Finding no error, we affirm.
