Abdellah Benjelloun (the "Plaintiff") seeks a declaration that the $325,000 indebtedness allegedly owed him by Mitchell Robbins (the "Debtor") is nondischargeable under section 523(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, which concerns debt obtained by use of a false financial statement. The Debtor moves for summary judgment. The Plaintiff also moves for summary judgment on all aspects of the case except the issue...
