PER CURIAM.

In these consolidated cases, plaintiffs appeal as of right the trial courts' grant of summary disposition to defendants. The plaintiffs attack defendants' property tax administration fees, which were adopted pursuant to MCL 211.44(7); MSA 7.87(7). We affirm.
