This Court granted the motion filed by appellant, AcroMed Corporation, pursuant to Pa.R.A.P. 1311, for leave to file an interlocutory appeal from an order which denied its motion for summary judgment, thus requiring that we determine whether the trial court properly found that the state law claims of the plaintiff, Lillian Burgstahler, had not been preempted by the Medical Device Amendments of 1976...
