The Chapter 7 trustee filed this adversary proceeding to recover property held by a limited partnership formed by debtor, Jacqueline Smith, and her brother, Lawrence Prokopf. Count I of the trustee's amended complaint seeks to avoid as a fraudulent conveyance the debtor's transfer of property to the limited partnership, known as the Prokopf Family Partnership....
