PER CURIAM.

Following a consolidated jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of felonious assault. MCL 750.82; MSA 28.277. He was then convicted of being an habitual offender, third offense. MCL 769.11; MSA 28.1083. The court sentenced him to two concurrent sentences of two to eight years' imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right. He claims misconduct by the prosecutor relating to comments during closing argument and error by the trial court in the jury...
