Ausman Jewelers, Inc. ("Ausman") filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy on May 22, 1992. The case was converted to chapter 7 on July 12, 1993. Prior to filing, Ausman paid $4,330.39 to Aetna Finance Company d/b/a ITT Financial Services ("Aetna") for the benefit of two of its customers.
