Pyles appeals from the December 9, 1993 decision of an Administrative Judge (AJ) of the Merit Systems Protection Board (Board), No. CH-831M-94-0102-I-1, dismissing her appeal from the March 25, 1992 reconsideration decision of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) as untimely filed.
