"`[L]ifetime maintenance is appropriate only where a spouse is incapable of future self-support or has clearly subordinated a career to act as homemaker and parent * * * has no obvious skills or training * * * or is mentally or physically ill.'" (Hartog v Hartog, 194 A.D.2d 286, 295 [quoting Harmon v Harmon, 173 A.D.2d 98, 108], lv granted 83 N.Y.2d 761).
