The plaintiffs, Stanley F. and Helen M. Patch, appeal a judgment of the Superior Court (Morrill, J.) in favor of defendants John P. and Lisa M. Arsenault, and dismissing defendant Highview Realty, Inc. d/b/a Century 21 Highview Realty (Highview Realty). We affirm.
