Appellant, Maurice Thomas Butler, and three others were charged by criminal indictment with numerous drug-related offenses. Following a three-day trial, a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County found him guilty of the distribution of cocaine, possession of cocaine, and conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
