Defendant—appellant Lindell Riddle appeals from his conviction for criminal trespass in violation of the Mayfield Heights Codified Ordinances 541.12. After a trial to the bench, the appellant was convicted and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of thirty days and fined $250 plus court costs. The term of imprisonment was suspended on the condition that there be no similar charge within one year. Execution of sentence was stayed...
