John A. Flowers, Sr., appeals the District Court's1 award of over $50,000 in attorney's fees to Jefferson Hospital Association ("Hospital"). Concluding that the District Court did not abuse its discretion in awarding attorney's fees to the prevailing defendant, we affirm.
