The National Labor Relations Board petitions to enforce its order requiring Roswil, Inc., to remedy violations of Sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (3). The Board held that Roswil committed the unfair labor practices by disciplining two employees because they criticized their store manager during collective bargaining negotiations.
