The issue in this appeal is whether the termination of a birdnesting arrangement by giving the plaintiff exclusive possession of the marital home constituted a modification of the dissolution property distribution order or a modification of the custody and visitation order. The trial court found that it was a modification of the custody and visitation order, and we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
