On May 11, 1993, a four-count indictment was returned against defendantappellant, Frank Luckett. Count 1 was for possession of marijuana under R.C. 2925.03(A)(6); count 2 was for trafficking in marijuana under R.C. 2925.03(A)(2); count 3 was for possession under R.C. 2925.03(A)(9); and count 4 was for conspiracy to traffic in marijuana under R.C. 2925.03(A)(9).
