Appellant Beverly Terry (Terry) was injured in a collision with an uninsured motorist. Because she was on the job at the time of the accident, she received workers' compensation payments. Under the employer's uninsured motorist coverage, the insurer was entitled to reduce the uninsured motorist payment by the amount of workers' compensation benefits paid.
