Lea Fuller brought suit against Michael Merritt, Hector Moreno, and Charter South, Inc. to recover damages for personal injuries suffered when she was involved in a three-vehicle collision. Merritt and Moreno were dismissed prior to trial.1 The case against Charter South went to trial before a jury.
