Patricia L. Grochowski has appealed from an order denying her claim for $40,000 from the estate of her mother, Ruth M. Larson (the decedent). Grochowski's claim was based on Article One, Section A, of the decedent's will, which gave the decedent's "tangible personal property wherever located" to her surviving children in equal shares.
