We granted certiorari to determine whether the loss of two eyes in a single accident, which does not result in permanent total disability, is compensable pursuant to Maryland Code (1991) § 9-627(d)(1)(vi), of the Labor and Employment Article, at double the rate for the loss of one eye, or under § 9-627(k), "Other Cases."
