The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court, recommending that by way of reciprocal discipline DANIEL SIEGEL of ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1952, be suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, retroactive to November 8, 1993, the date on which respondent was suspended from practice for a period of three years in New York for his unauthorized settlements...
