This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, sitting as a juvenile court. Appellant, Don Mc., was charged with stealing an automobile. For insurance purposes, the car was totally destroyed in an accident. Following a hearing on December 17, 1993, a juvenile master found that appellant committed the theft as charged and thereafter found that appellant was delinquent.
