Rowan Northwestern Decorators, Inc. (Rowan) appeals the trial court's order on summary judgment dismissing Rowan's claim against the Washington State Convention & Trade Center (WSCTC) and Tradeshow Convention Services, Inc. (Tradeshow). Rowan sought to set aside an exclusive electrical services contract the WSCTC awarded to Tradeshow following a competitive bid process. We affirm.
