Librado Trevino was convicted on one count of distribution of cocaine and one count of distribution of marijuana, both in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). In this direct appeal, Trevino challenges the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence gathered from what he characterizes as an unconstitutional checkpoint stop.
