This is an interlocutory appeal from a ruling in the Superior Court (Murphy, J.) partially granting the summary judgment motion of defendants, GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (GZA), and Samuel Eastman Company, Inc., Stephen S. Alpert Industries, Inc., Stephen S. Alpert, and Casimir Griglik (the Eastman defendants). We affirm and remand.
