In this wrongful discharge case, plaintiff's complaint alleged three counts against defendant Howmet Corporation: age discrimination under the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq., gender discrimination under the Civil Rights Act, and breach of a contract providing for termination for just cause only. The complaint also alleged tortious interference with contractual relations against defendant Michael Malady...
