In this chapter 13 case, Ken D. Keaton and wife, Tonya J. Keaton ("Debtors") have filed an objection to the claim of Boatmen's Bank of Tennessee ("Boatmen's") to the extent that Boatmen's seeks to include in its claim attorney's fees in the amount of $250.00 for representation in the bankruptcy court.
